To design a custom shed or garage, use our online configuration tool. Choose a building style and size that suits your needs and preferences. You can even choose siding color, window boxes, built-in workbenches, skylights, cane bolts, and more. Save as many variations as you’d like and get a quote for each. Explore our buildings in person at any of our other South Dakota or Minnesota display locations. We invite you to see our quality construction up-close and take as many pictures and measurements as you’d like. All of our storage buildings are unlocked and open for exploration.
At each display lot, we have an information shed that’s stocked with catalogs and product brochures. It also has contact information and instructions for placing an order. If you’d prefer, you can reserve the shed you want to purchase through our online store. To find the shed you want to buy, find the shed’s display location under the “Location” dropdown. Once the results are displayed, you can browse the list for the specific shed you want and reserve it immediately.
A deposit is required for every building, and the balance is due on delivery. The total cost, required deposit, and remaining balance varies based on the building's specs.
You can pay a deposit by phone (888.832.6889), mail (Dakota Storage Buildings, 47809 155th Street, Milbank, SD 57252), or online if you use our configurator. Preferred payment methods include checks, money orders, and major credit cards.
