Rent-to-Own in South Dakota & North Dakota

Rent-to-own offers an affordable monthly payment plan and DOES NOT REQUIRE A CREDIT CHECK.

Our factory-direct model allows us to keep prices affordable and service personal regardless of the purchasing option you choose. 

However, because everyone has different needs and budgets, we’ve partnered with SmartPay to offer a rent-to-own program that has 36-month and 24-month plans.

The 36-month plan requires an upfront cost of one month's payment plus a security deposit — both of which will be applied to the price of your building. If you decide to buy the storage building before rent-to-own terms are up, a 35% discount will be put toward the remaining balance.

The 24-month plan also requires an upfront cost of one month's payment plus a security deposit. The down payment will be put toward the price of your building. If you decide to buy the storage building before rent-to-own terms are up, a 24% discount will be applied to the remaining balance.

Rent-to-own applies to delivery only, not built-on-site options.

Once you apply and are approved for SmartPay's rent-to-own program, payments are easy to set up and can be automatically deducted from your checking account or charged to your debit or credit card with the option to change payment methods at any time.
